POST-GENDER CHAPTER IX

An exploration into abstract clothing, where reduction is the main design principle, this collection is an experimental continuation of its predecessors in the Post-Gender series. Ancient techniques of natural dyeing are merged with other sustainable practices like the use of exclusively natural monofibers, zero waste patterns and artisanal crafts. The only decoration are the patterns that emerge from botanical dyes, that tie this contemporary collection to our local heritage. Resembling nightwear in the sense that these garments feel personal and intimate, not intended for occasions of social spectacles.
